Q: How do I make an order? |
A: Select the “Add to Cart” button and review and confirm your order details and item(s) before placing you order. Be sure to include email and shipping address. If you’d like assistance in placing your order, you can always email us at +1(800) 315-9607. |
Q: How do I change my payment details? |
A: If your order has been placed and the billing information is incorrect, you won’t be able to change this on your order. Please send us an email and we will be able to assist you. If the order has not been completed and changes need to be made, you will be able to update the information on your account. |
Q: How do I change my shipping address? |
A: Shipping addresses cannot be changed by the customer once the order is placed. You can email us with the correct address and we will change the address for you. In order to receive your shipment in time, we highly suggest double-checking your address before placing your order. |
Q: What forms of payment do you accept? |
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay and Paypal. Other methods of payment will be available soon. |
Q:Where does Bravex ship from? Do you provide free shipping? |
A: We have several warehouses throughout the US. Your order will ship from the location with the available inventory closest to you. |
Q: Do you ship to other countries outside the USA? |
A: Sorry, currently, we cannot ship outside the USA. And Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands. |
Q:How long will it take to get my order? |
A: Usually, orders will be shipped in 2-3 days to arrange delivery, and take 2-3 business days to arrive, although delays may be caused by local delivery logistics. Usually, we ship USPS, UPS, FedEx or Amazon Logistics. |
Q:What can I do if my order has a problem? |
A: We have a 90-day 100% satisfied return policy. We pride ourselves on 100% Customer Satisfaction.
